以下の条件に基づき対応いたします。
Refunds are handled according to the following rules:
- レッスン開始時刻の1時間前までにキャンセルされた場合
→ 全額返金いたします
Cancellations made at least 1 hour before the lesson start time
→ Full refund - キャンセル期限を過ぎた場合
→ 返金不可
Cancellations made less than 1 hour before the lesson start time
→ No refund - 無断欠席（ノーショー）の場合
→ 返金不可
No-shows (failure to attend without cancellation)
→ No refund - レッスン提供後
→ 原則返金不可
After the lesson has been provided
→ No refunds in principle
※ただし、当社がやむを得ないと判断した特別な事情がある場合に限り、例外的に返金対応を行うことがあります。
